A few headings in your dashboard printed the characters “&” where an ampersand belonged. It appeared on the Account & Company heading and on two panels on the Security page. Nothing was broken behind it — the text was simply being converted for safe display twice over, so the conversion itself became visible.
Fixed, and there is now a check that fails the build if it is ever reintroduced.
