Privacy policySIMCOAI email sends are built around templates, queue status, logs and preferences. The same branded shell is used for customer workflow alerts and lifecycle messages so emails look like SIMCOAI, not raw database dumps.
The SIMCOAI logo is now inside the email body. The small Gmail sender avatar is controlled by mailbox/domain branding, not the HTML template alone.
These domain records help receiving mailboxes trust SIMCOAI messages and are required groundwork for advanced logo display.
BIMI requires a domain policy and a hosted SVG logo, and many receivers require a verified certificate for full logo display.
Google BIMI guidanceSome inboxes also show the sender account profile image. That must be configured in the sending mailbox/provider account.
