Corrections to three updates on this page

Sign-in by text is not available, and one update here went on saying it was. We withdrew it on 15 August because it could not sign anybody in, and we said so in the 13 August update — but only four paragraphs down, while that update’s headline went on promising it for three days. The headline now describes what actually changed, and the correction is still there in full. Signing in by email, by an emailed code, with Google, with a password or with a passkey were never affected.

Two different updates about the Security page shared one address. Following a link to the newer one gave you the older one, and the newer one had no address of its own. They are now separate, with the right dates on both.

The sign-in page footer was missing our phone number for a day. We added the support line to the footer of every page on 17 August; the sign-in page is built separately and did not pick it up until the following morning. It is there now, and a check we already had is what found it.

None of this affected the service itself — calls, bookings and the dashboard were unaffected throughout. We publish corrections rather than quietly editing an update, because an update you cannot trust is worse than no update.
