Can I use a coupon?

Yes. Eligible Stripe promotion codes can be entered during supported checkout sessions after launch.

Is Realtime Voice included in Growth or Pro?

Growth and Pro make the account eligible to purchase the Realtime Voice AI add-on. It is not enabled automatically.

Can I change billing term later?

Billing changes are managed through the SIMCOAI dashboard and Stripe billing portal after launch.
