The next time you open your dashboard you will be asked to accept the current SIMCOAI policies. It takes one screen: every policy is listed with a link so you can read it there, and accepting unlocks the dashboard again. We have done all ten together so you are only asked once rather than each time a policy is amended.
Nothing has been taken away from you. The changes since you last accepted are corrections and additional disclosure — who processes your data by name, what happens when you ring our support line, that we hold no password of yours — plus the new Refund Policy. If you would rather not accept, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of your period, which is what our terms have always said and is now worked out and paid automatically.
Eight of the nine policy pages showed a “Last updated” date earlier than the day their wording actually last changed, some by more than a month. That date is the only thing on a policy telling you whether you are reading the version you agreed to, so it should never be wrong. Every page now carries its real date, and a check runs against the page history so it cannot drift again.
Nothing about how the service behaves has changed, and no calls, bookings or records are affected.
