Signing in now happens on a dedicated SIMCOAI sign-in service at auth.simcoai.co.uk, styled to match the rest of the product so it does not feel like being handed somewhere else. It is the same account — there is nothing new to register. Your password is now held and checked only by that service: every stored password record has been removed from your workspace, so SIMCOAI holds none at all, in any form. Password resets, sign-in links and emailed verification codes all run there too, which means your password is only ever typed into the one place built to handle it. If you sign in with Google, nothing changes and there is no separate SIMCOAI password. The old dashboard sign-in address still works and simply takes you to the new one.
What changed
The move centralised sign-in, password resets, emailed verification codes and sign-in links in the dedicated SIMCOAI Account service. The goal is a consistent place to handle access to an existing account.
The service matches the product’s appearance so the sign-in journey remains recognisable. It is an account-access change rather than a request to create a second business workspace.
Before and after
Before this update: The previous dashboard sign-in route handled the earlier access journey. This release moved the password and recovery flows into the dedicated account service.
With this update: The existing account signs in through SIMCOAI Account, and the old dashboard sign-in address redirects into that journey. Customers using Google continue using their connected account.
What it means for you
Use the normal SIMCOAI sign-in entry point and follow the account page it opens. Use the recovery options on that page if you need a password reset rather than asking someone to retrieve your password.
You do not need to register again because of this move. A connected Google account does not acquire a separate SIMCOAI password simply because the sign-in page has changed.
