There is a new reviews page on the SIMCOAI website. Every review on it was written by a real customer and published with their permission — and if there are none yet, the page says so plainly rather than showing testimonials nobody wrote.
About two weeks after you start, we will email you once to ask whether you would like to write one. Fourteen days rather than a few, because by then your receptionist has answered real calls and you are describing the product rather than the setup. It is one email; there is no follow-up, and the unsubscribe link in it stops feedback requests without changing anything about your billing, security or service emails.
Three things we have committed to in writing, because a review page is only worth reading if you know how the reviews got there. We do not offer discounts, credit, free months or anything else in exchange for a review or for a particular rating. We do not filter by star rating — critical reviews are published alongside the rest. And a review is marked as coming from a verified customer only when it arrives through the single-use link in that email, which is something our systems decide and nobody can ask for.
Every review is read by a person before it appears, and you can have yours taken down at any time by emailing us, without giving a reason. The full commitments are in the Terms, and what happens to the personal data in a review is set out in the Privacy Policy.
