Your customer list has its own page, and you can import one from a spreadsheet

SIMCOAI has kept a record for each of your customers for a while now — it is how the AI recognises a regular from the number they are ringing from instead of asking them to spell out an email address again. Until today that list sat under Growth in your dashboard, which is not where anyone looked for it, and the only way to put a customer on it by hand was to wait for one to ring.

The customer list is now its own page under Operations, next to the orders, refunds, bookings and escalations that are attached to it. That is where you were looking, and it is where it belongs.

You can also bring in the list you already hold. Download a template, or use an export from whatever you use now, and import it. We read the usual column names — and the variations, so “Email Address”, “Mobile”, “Surname” and “Organisation” all land in the right place — and a column named after one of your own custom fields is read into it. Anyone already on your list is matched on their email address or phone number and updated rather than added a second time, so re-importing the same file changes nothing and a nightly export is safe to run again and again.

You are told what happened to every row: added, updated, already on file, or skipped and why. A row with neither an email address nor a phone number is named rather than quietly dropped, because there would be nothing for the AI to recognise that person by. And you can export your list back out as a spreadsheet whenever you want it, on any plan.

Editing a customer is better too. It used to be three small browser boxes asking for a name, then an email, then a phone number, one after the other, with no way to see what you were changing and nothing else editable at all. Now it is a proper form on the page, with their company, notes, status and your own custom fields on it.
