Name and contact details
Held once and reused, so a caller does not spell out an email address on every call.
Every order, refund, booking and escalation attaches to one record for that person, however it was created — by your team, by your customer, or by the AI on a call. A customer you have dealt with twenty times is not a stranger on the twenty-first.
Everything below is recorded against the call so you can see exactly what was said and what came of it.
The record is built from the work you already do, and from whatever list you already hold — not from a separate database somebody has to maintain.
Held once and reused, so a caller does not spell out an email address on every call.
Orders, refunds, bookings and escalations all link back to the same person.
Add the fields your business actually needs — account numbers, vehicle, property, plan. How many depends on your plan.
A number is matched however it was written — 07, +44 or with spaces — so one person does not become three records.
Two people sharing a phone number, such as a household or an office line, stay two records rather than being merged.
Find a customer by name, email or number from the dashboard, and attach a new order or booking to them in one step.
Export your customer list as a spreadsheet whenever you want it, on every plan.
Your customers are already written down somewhere. You should not have to type them in again to get the benefit of this.
Upload a CSV exported from whatever you use now. We read the usual column names, so most exports import as they are, and a column matching one of your own fields is read into it.
Anyone already on your list is matched on their email or phone and updated instead of duplicated, so re-importing the same file changes nothing.
Every row is reported: added, updated, already on file, or skipped and why. A row with no way to contact that person is named rather than quietly dropped.
Somebody you have just spoken to goes straight onto the list from the Customers page, under Operations in your dashboard.
Records appear on their own as the AI takes bookings, refunds and orders. Importing is a head start, not a setup step.
Take the list back out as a CSV in the same shape it went in, so you can work on it elsewhere and put it back.
This is a phone line, and the person on it is not always who the number suggests. The two are deliberately separated.
A number read out over the phone is printed on the outside of a parcel. It is enough to help, never enough on its own to unlock an account.
Proving who you are applies to that call only. It is never carried over to the next one from the same number.
Where a caller has not been confirmed, their records are withheld from the AI entirely rather than being available to mention by mistake.
Every part of SIMCOAI writes to the same records, so these work together rather than side by side.
Appointments offered and taken from your real timetable, with double-booking prevented.
Order lookups and refund requests captured by AI, decided by your team.
Complaints, safety, medical and payment topics handed to a person, never automated.
Start a trial and your customer list builds itself from the work you are already doing.
