Our support line can now verify who you are, the same way our AI receptionist verifies your callers before it discusses a booking or a refund. Ask something like "what plan am I on" or "is my subscription active" and the line asks for the email on your account, emails a real six-digit code to it, and asks you to read it back. Get it right and, for that call only, it can tell you your plan, whether it is active, and whether your account is suspended — nothing is changed, only read back to you.
What changed
The SIMCOAI support line can answer a limited set of account-specific questions after verifying access to the account email. This adds a useful read-only option for callers checking their plan or subscription status.
The line asks for the account email, sends a six-digit code to that mailbox and asks the caller to read it back. Successful verification applies to that call rather than becoming a permanent bypass for later calls.
Before and after
Before this update: The automated support line could provide general guidance but could not discuss the caller’s account-specific plan and status through this verified route.
With this update: A verified caller can hear their plan, subscription activity and suspension status during the call. The flow reads information back; it does not change the account.
What it means for you
Have access to your account mailbox when asking an account-specific question. Use the verification step initiated for that support call and distinguish it from the credentials you use to sign in.
This update does not allow the assistant to alter billing, disable security or change ownership details. Questions requiring an account change still need the appropriate secure process.
It answers exactly the same way whether or not that address has an account with us, so it can never be used to work out who our customers are, and a wrong code is refused however many times it is tried — five wrong attempts and it stops trying the code and offers you a person instead. A code expires after ten minutes even if it is correct after that. Everything the line will still never do — set a new password, turn two-step verification off, remove a device, change your email, or unlock an account — is unchanged; those still go to a person who verifies you a different way.
