Our privacy policy, GDPR page, terms and cookie policy all listed three AI model providers we might use. In practice your account has only ever run on one of them, and one of the three was never switched on at all — it had no credentials and could not have answered a single message.
We have removed the other two from the product and from every policy page, so the list of companies that can process your data is now exactly the list that does. Fewer suppliers with access to your customers’ conversations, and a policy you can check against reality rather than take on trust.
Nothing changes for how your AI answers: every account was already running on the provider we have kept. The model choices in your dashboard — Economy, Fast, Balanced and Premium — work exactly as before.
If we ever add a provider back, it goes on the policy pages before it processes anything, not after.
