Call Studio showed a voice model as part of your plan, but there was no way to actually pick between them. Growth, Pro, Enterprise and SIMCOAI Voices add-on accounts can now choose from four live-call voice models directly in Call Studio — SIMCOAI Voice Essential, Rapid, Natural and Classic — each trading off speed, cost and warmth differently. Random voice rotation was also checked over and a rare case where the readiness panel could show a voice picked for a different account has been fixed.
