Connecting Zapier is now a sign-in, not an API key to copy and paste

The dedicated SIMCOAI Zapier app previously asked you to create an API key in your dashboard and paste it into Zapier by hand. It now uses the same "Connect an Account" flow you already know from connecting Google or Slack to other apps: press Connect, sign in to SIMCOAI if you aren't already, and approve a plain-English list of what Zapier may access — orders, refunds, bookings, escalations and customers. There is nothing to copy, nothing to lose the only time it's shown, and you can disconnect it any time from Account → API Keys.

If you'd rather scope access more narrowly than the dedicated app's connection grants, creating your own API key and using Zapier's built-in Webhooks app is still there as an option. See how both methods work
