Fixed: allowances not resetting each month on the 6‑monthly and yearly plans

Your plan allowances — conversations, AI phone minutes, AI tokens and the rest — are sold per month, and on a monthly plan they reset every month as they should. On the 6‑monthly and yearly plans they did not. Usage was counted from the day you were last charged, so paying for a year gave you one month’s allowance to last the whole twelve — the customers who committed for longer, and paid more up front, got the least. The same mistake stretched the monthly ceiling on pay‑as‑you‑go spending across the full term.

Allowances now reset every month on every plan, on your own billing date rather than on the first of the month. Being straight about the scale of it: we checked, and nobody had actually run out yet — it was found and fixed before any customer was blocked. Your Plan & Usage page now shows the month you are in and the date your plan itself renews, so the two are never confused.
