Customer reviews now sit where people are deciding

Reviews were tucked away at the foot of the pricing page, below even the pricing FAQ — past the point anyone is still weighing up a plan. They now appear directly under the plan cards on the pricing page, under the opening section on the home page, and on the features and about pages too.

They are also easier to read. A review is something a business owner sat down and wrote, and it was being displayed like small print: caption-grey, and stretched to whatever width the page happened to give it — on a wide screen that meant single lines over 160 characters long, which nobody reads. The words are now the largest thing on the card, in full reading contrast, held to a comfortable line length, with the rating and the verified marker clear beside them. The verified tick was also rendering several times its intended size and drowning out the star rating; that is fixed.

One honest note: we have not published any reviews yet, so these sections currently show nothing at all rather than an empty heading. The first review requests go out to customers fourteen days after they join. We will never write our own, pay for one, or hide the critical ones.
