When the AI read out some appointment times and the caller turned them all down without naming one of their own — “none of those are any good”, or simply “no” — it read the same three times straight back. Until now a refusal only counted if the caller said an actual time, such as “I can’t do eleven o’clock”. Turning them all down said nothing the AI could act on, which is the opposite of what the caller meant.
A caller who turns the offered times down is now taken further through your diary instead of being read the same ones again. Everything else is unchanged: “no thanks” still ends the call politely, “no, Tuesday is fine” still books Tuesday, and asking for something later or earlier works as before.
