If you came to this page recently and found the heading at the top but no updates underneath it, nothing was wrong at your end and you were not missing anything temporarily. The list really was blank. Every update was on the page and none of it was being drawn on screen.
The updates fade in as you scroll down. The rule deciding when to start that fade asked for a proportion of the list to be on screen at once — which worked when there were a dozen updates, and quietly stopped being possible as the list grew, because the list became far taller than a screen. Once it could no longer be satisfied, the fade never started and the list stayed invisible.
It is fixed, and fixed in a way that cannot come back as more updates are added: the fade now begins as soon as the list reaches the screen, whatever length it has grown to. The same rule is used across our site, so any other long page was one section away from the same problem.
Worth saying plainly: this only ever affected whether the page drew itself in your browser. No update was ever removed, and search engines and AI assistants could always read the full list.
