Photo upload links now say which order they are about

When your customer opens a secure upload link, it now names the order. The page already named your business and said whether it was about a refund or an order; it should also have shown the order reference, and it never did on a link created from your dashboard or by your receptionist on a call. A page asking somebody to send photographs is easier to trust when it can say exactly what it is for.

The page also stopped asking for a file type we do not accept. It said “photos or PDFs” while only photographs could actually be uploaded, so a customer sending a receipt as a PDF was turned away at the last step. It now says what is genuinely accepted, the file picker filters to match, and it shows the size limit.

Existing upload links are unaffected and keep working. Nothing about who can open a link, or how long it lasts, has changed.
