Test calls said a booking had not been logged at the moment it was

In Call Studio, the panel headed “What this call did” reported “more detail is needed before this is logged” for every request the assistant successfully took. The booking, refund, order or escalation was in your dashboard already — the assistant had just said so, and the record was there to open — but the panel next to it said otherwise. It was right whenever a request was genuinely incomplete, which is why it looked plausible; only success was wrong.

Nothing was ever lost. Every record was created and saved exactly as it should have been, on test calls and on real ones. What was wrong was the sentence describing it, on the page you use to try the receptionist out before pointing your phone line at it — so the product looked as though it had failed when it had worked.

It now says what happened, including when a booking was confirmed rather than just logged, and when a request is waiting on the emailed verification code rather than on more information from the caller. A request that genuinely is still being collected still says so.

The panel reads the record itself now rather than a list of statuses, so a status we add later cannot bring this back.
