Clearer demo voice and easier call details

The browser demo now starts listening sooner so short greetings are less likely to be clipped, and each new demo session can use a different receptionist voice. During a full phone call, the receptionist can offer a text link if a name or email address is hard to hear. You can type your details instead of spelling them aloud, and take time to finish before continuing. Protected requests still require verification.
