Fixed: the day being lost when a caller paused

People rarely give a day and a time in one breath. If a caller said “tomorrow”, paused, and then said “at half ten”, the AI treated the second half as a fresh start and worked out the time against today instead. It then said the time was unavailable — because it was looking at the wrong day, often one already half over — and read out three times that made no sense. The day a caller has already given now stays put until they change it.
