Fixed: “ten thirty” being booked as ten o’clock

Saying a time the ordinary way — “ten thirty”, “quarter past nine”, “seven forty five” — lost the minutes. The AI heard the hour, dropped the rest, and offered the right time back before confirming the wrong one, so a customer could agree to half past ten and be written down for ten. Nothing looked wrong on the call. Times said that way are now understood in full, on the phone and in the test call.
