Everyday receptionist conversations now respond to what the caller actually says. Greetings, service choices, dates, booking details and availability questions use conversational responses instead of fixed questionnaire lines.
The receptionist can discuss choices, answer questions during a booking, acknowledge useful details and help callers explain uncertainty. Simple questions get brief answers; explanations can take a few sentences when needed. Required details, fresh diary checks and verification still apply.
Customer booking emails now show the business name, service and appointment time. They no longer invite customers to open the business dashboard or include internal booking notes.
