Live Calls scrolling, colour themes and Simple view all got fixed

Scrolling through a live call’s transcript no longer jumps back to the top as new activity comes in. Picking a dashboard colour theme on the Customise page could silently reset back to the default the next time you visited that page — fixed, so your theme choice actually sticks. Simple view and Full dashboard could also flicker between the two right after loading the page; the dashboard now remembers which one you were in and opens straight into it.
