Spoken postcodes now accept number words such as fifteen alongside individual letters. Call interruption handling stays active while speech is waiting to play, and a new caller response clears older queued speech.
The greeting and call disclaimer remain protected until they finish playing. Speech during the opening is ignored rather than saved or queued. Listening begins after the greeting and disclaimer finish. AI pronunciation has also been adjusted to avoid unnecessary pauses between its letters. These changes have passed offline postcode and audio playback checks.
