Appointment clocks use checked starts

A suggested time written as 1:35 is now checked against available appointment starts before it is read aloud. This helps prevent an afternoon start being described as morning.

Day recommendations also retain their checked offers, so you can choose one on the next turn. A recommendation does not create a booking.

Check morning and afternoon against the diary

Times written as numbers are checked against the appointment starts already available for the selected service. An unqualified 1:35 can be read as the checked afternoon start instead of being described as morning.

If the stated time is unsupported or both halves of the day could fit, the receptionist uses the checked appointment options rather than choosing a half-day.

Keep recommended options available to choose

A recommendation retains its checked offers even when the receptionist pauses collection to answer conversationally. The next turn can choose one of those offers.

No booking is created just because a day or time is recommended.
