Requests beyond the booking window do not fall back to earlier dates. Suggested times still need your choice and the remaining booking checks.
Keep alternatives within your preference
When a requested day is closed or has no suitable starts, alternatives are checked on or after that day. A stated morning or afternoon preference is retained.
Blocked starts are excluded. If the requested date is beyond the booking window, the receptionist does not substitute earlier dates. Offering a time does not reserve or confirm it.
