An already saved confirmation can resolve a lost response. Entries no longer awaiting processing are protected from later error updates.

A pay-as-you-go entry is treated as completed only after its recorded invoice confirmation is verified. An already saved matching confirmation can resolve a lost response.
Later error updates are limited to entries still awaiting processing, protecting entries no longer awaiting processing. Existing account rates and limits continue to apply.
