Caller recognition, customer linking and call history now compare complete phone numbers instead of only their ending. An earlier caller-ID confirmation is checked against the complete current number before reuse.
Supported UK local and international formats continue to match. Record lookup checks the matching caller before choosing the most recent results, so unrelated newer records do not hide older matches.
