A confirmed booking is never told back to you as unavailable, and your receptionist can now answer questions about it

Straight after we shipped the booking-range fix above, we found a worse version of the same shape of problem: a caller who had just had an appointment confirmed, and thanked the assistant, could be told that the exact time they had just booked was "no longer available" — one turn after being told it was booked. No appointment was ever lost or double-booked; the diary and the booking record were both correct throughout. The words chosen on that very next reply were wrong, because the assistant re-checked the caller's own new booking against the pool of free times and read its absence — correctly gone, because it now belongs to the booking just made — as somebody else having taken it.

That is fixed: a caller's own just-confirmed booking is now recognised and never re-announced as unavailable, however the thank-you is phrased. In the same pass, a genuine question about your own booking — "what have I got booked?" — now gets a real, specific answer instead of a generic line, while the existing rule that your receptionist never discusses another customer's booking, order, refund or personal details continues to hold, verified directly on a live call. We also fixed a couple of places where our own AI could mispronounce the word "read" when speaking a verification code back to you.
