A caller who asked what times were free on a given day could be told a general range of hours rather than the real diary for that day — so a time that sounded available from what they were told could turn out to be taken, or too close to closing time, when they actually asked for it. That is fixed: what your receptionist says about a specific day now always comes straight from the real booking timetable, never a rough guess.
When a whole day is completely free, it is now read out as a simple range — "we've got anything between nine o'clock and half past four" — rather than a list of three separate times, and you can still ask for any time within it. The moment a day has anything already booked on it, or you ask about a specific part of the day, you still get the real times read out individually, exactly as before. We also found and fixed a related habit of asking for your email or phone number in the same breath as offering alternative times, before you had actually chosen one.
