Until now, cancelling your SIMCOAI subscription stopped your plan fee but left phone numbers and any add-ons on the account running — you had to know to go and release a number yourself, and there was nowhere in the product to actually do that. If you cancelled and moved on, a number could keep costing money with nothing telling you.
From today, cancelling releases every phone number and cancels every active add-on on your account automatically, the moment your subscription ends. Nothing is left running behind the scenes. Your workspace — bookings, settings, call history and AI configuration — is still kept for two years if you want to come back; only the paid resources (numbers, add-ons) stop, immediately, because there is no reason to keep charging you for something you have cancelled.
