Your questions stay part of the conversation

If you choose an appointment and ask a question in the same sentence, the receptionist now answers the question instead of jumping straight to asking for contact details. Questions spoken alongside an email address also stay part of the conversation. Questions about access and other facilities keep the relevant business information available while you are booking.

Refund policy and process questions are kept separate from your reason for requesting a refund. A useful answer is no longer replaced by another request for details. Reasons you have already explained remain available throughout the call. If you ask for an email readback after dictating an address, the receptionist repeats that address so you can check it.

Complete order references can move on without an extra pause, and straightforward refund requests can reach the next step sooner. Partly spoken references and email addresses still have room to finish. Appointment availability is checked against current records, and bookings still require the applicable verification. Spoken appointment times keep their morning or afternoon meaning when replies arrive in parts. Plain greetings and simple appointment choices also reach the next step sooner.

Selected calling profiles can now use extra recognition vocabulary while collecting names and email addresses, then return to ordinary listening for the rest of the conversation. Supported replies begin speaking complete sentences while the rest of the answer is prepared. Profile instructions and verification rules continue to apply, and a voice failure ends with a clear message or the permitted team handoff.
