The receptionist now moves directly through routine booking details, checks verification codes and acknowledges completed bookings without an extra conversational step. Questions about prices, service differences and unusual situations still receive a conversational answer.
Supported English calls use natural turn detection, with room for pauses when dictating contact details or correcting yourself. Split email details can finish before the receptionist responds, and an unfinished utterance cannot create a booking. Replies can begin speaking sooner, and business reference information is reused briefly within each call. Availability, identity checks and verification still use the current records.
Offline and text-based checks passed, including booking verification, duplicate prevention, split emails and interrupted speech. Audible response times remain under monitoring.
