A few "go to billing" links in the dashboard only closed the window they were in

The "Upgrade to Pro" and "Manage plan" links inside a few pop-up panels (proof uploads, requesting a callback, WhatsApp) closed the panel but never actually took you to Billing or your phone numbers. They now go where they say. Switching between Simple view and the full dashboard was also cleaned up further — it could show two separate visual jumps back to back if the save to your account took a moment; it is now always one smooth change.
