When you give an email address during a booking call, the receptionist reads it back, asks whether it is correct, and waits for your answer. It no longer adds a text-link suggestion to that confirmation.
Requests such as “Can you send it to…” now keep the supplied address through confirmation. After two unsuccessful attempts, the receptionist can offer a text link so you can type the address instead.
Offline checks cover email corrections, a simple yes, and interrupted readbacks. An incomplete readback still needs confirmation before a verification code can be sent.
