Saved refunds remain clear when follow-up fails

A saved refund request now remains a saved result if a later order update fails. The receptionist explains when that associated update needs checking.

Background recovery is now enabled for eligible refund order updates. If follow-up is interrupted, it can resume without submitting another refund.

Separate saved requests from incomplete follow-up

If a refund request has saved, a later order-update failure no longer hides that saved result. The phone reply distinguishes the refund record from an associated order update that needs checking.

The assistant does not submit a second refund to recover from that follow-up failure.

Background recovery enabled

Background follow-up recovery has passed offline and isolated database checks for retries, duplicate prevention, ownership and interrupted completion. It is now enabled for eligible refund order updates.

Interrupted follow-up can resume without submitting another refund; existing order-update settings still apply. These checks do not guarantee every refund action or external payment completes.
