Refund-related order updates now preserve current order details and check for a conflicting edit before saving.
An order update that cannot be verified does not produce a successful update event. Phone replies describe a recorded refund approval without claiming that a payment or external delivery has completed.
Preserve current order information
When a refund request updates its order, the assistant reads current order information and checks that it has not changed before saving. This helps preserve newer details added while the conversation was in progress.
Missing orders and conflicting edits do not produce a successful order-update event. The refund record and the associated order update remain distinct results.
Approval wording reflects the recorded result
A phone reply can describe the refund approval that has been recorded. It no longer automatically claims that the approval was delivered externally or that money has moved.
Offline checks covered successful updates, conflicts, missing records, ownership, unavailable checks and approval wording. These checks do not guarantee recovery from every possible failure.
