If a connection error interrupts the response after a new request is saved, the assistant can check that exact request before reporting the result.
It does not submit the request again to perform this check. If the saved result cannot be verified, it does not claim success.
Verify the saved result
A request may save even if its response is interrupted by a connection error. Eligible new requests now receive a unique reference for the save attempt, allowing the assistant to check that exact saved record for your business.
The check does not resubmit the request. A verified saved result can continue through the usual notification handling.
Success needs evidence
Missing records, failed checks and records for another business do not count as proof of success. Attempts using a previously supplied reference are not eligible for this recovery.
This covers the tested uncertain-response cases for new requests. It does not guarantee recovery from every connection failure or change existing requests.
