The assistant now checks again immediately before saving a new booking, refund, callback or escalation request if the conversation has moved on while preparing the request.
This helps prevent an older response from saving a request after it has been superseded. It does not undo a request already submitted for saving.
Check the current conversation before saving
Preparing a request can take time. The assistant now checks that its conversation turn is still current immediately before it starts saving a booking, refund, callback or escalation request.
If a newer turn has superseded it during preparation, the older turn does not start that save. Current requests continue through the existing checks.
The boundary of this change
This check covers the period before saving starts. It cannot undo a request already submitted for saving, and it does not automatically cancel an existing booking or refund.
Offline tests covered the four request types and confirmed that a current request could still save. No customer request was used for those tests.
