If the receptionist cannot interpret a reply during booking details, it now returns to the question it was collecting instead of asking an unrelated general question.
Your unfinished details are preserved. An unclear reply does not confirm a booking, and you can repeat your answer to continue.
A clearer question after a failed reply
When a reply cannot be interpreted during booking intake, the receptionist keeps the unfinished state and rebuilds the question from those preserved details. This helps you know which detail to repeat.
Recovery does not silently accept an unconfirmed answer or claim a booking was saved. A later valid answer can continue collection without starting the request over.
Recovery checks
Offline conversations checked incomplete replies, empty replies and unsupported confirmations, then repeated a valid answer. These cases created no booking and added no extra response attempt.
The change improves recovery; it does not prevent every conversation error or guarantee response speed.
