We fixed a spoken-email problem where a receptionist could read back one address, then use a different address after the caller said yes. Requests such as “Could you use my email address…” now use the same address for the readback and confirmation.
If an email is unclear or includes repeated separators, the receptionist asks for a careful repeat instead of guessing. A replacement address still needs its own confirmation before a verification code can be sent.
