Supported live calls now use a dedicated listening mode while collecting email addresses, keep it active through readback and corrections, then return to ordinary conversation listening once the email is confirmed. Spelling an email address aloud keeps leading letters, spoken numbers and explanations such as “B for Bravo”. If the address arrives in separate parts, the receptionist keeps the letters while asking you to continue.
Requests such as “can you use this email?” now receive a direct readback for confirmation. Correcting an address starts a fresh confirmation, and unfinished spelling does not bring back a previously rejected email. You can still choose to type your details using a text link.
