Your receptionist now remembers when you choose the number you are calling from, even when you have also supplied an email. An address and postcode given together are kept together, and natural parking answers such as “driveway” and “private parking” move the conversation forward.
Email confirmation recognises the address actually read back. Answering a booking detail no longer triggers another availability prompt while a required question is pending.
Quick replies such as “yes” are no longer discarded by an extra timer. Collected booking answers and the latest assistant question stay available during longer calls, while interrupted replies are marked so older questions do not become current again.
Speech recognition vocabulary now prioritises each business’s services and relevant booking terms, keeping complete phrases and reference digits. These changes add no extra waiting timer or processing request.
Each business can keep its own booking questions and free-text requests. When an explicit service requirement needs an exception, the receptionist can note an alternative arrangement for review before confirmation.
