When you phone to make a booking, your receptionist now uses the number you are calling from without asking you to dictate it. It keeps that number when you provide an email or answer later booking questions.
You can give a different contact number at any time. If your number is withheld or you are calling through the browser, the receptionist asks for a contact number. Corrected numbers replace the earlier booking answer, preventing repeated phone-number questions.
