The receptionist can handle a service choice or price comparison with fewer delays before replying, while keeping your booking requirements.
If a caller gives a clearly labelled detail and asks a question in the same turn, that detail is now kept while the question is answered. Side questions pause collection without losing the unfinished booking.
What changed
Service choices and price comparisons can now be understood and answered together, reducing extra waiting before the receptionist replies. Availability, required details and confirmation steps still apply.
A clearly labelled detail can also be kept when the caller asks a side question in the same sentence. The receptionist answers the question without forcing the next booking question.
Before and after
Before this update: A caller who said “My name is Alice Green and how much does the clean cost?” could have to repeat their name after the price discussion.
With this update: The name is kept, the price question is answered, and the unfinished booking remains available to continue. Discussing another package does not automatically change the chosen service.
Using your receptionist
Keep package prices, service descriptions and booking requirements up to date in your business settings. Callers can ask questions, correct details, pause a request or decide not to continue.
These changes apply to new conversations. We have verified the conversation behaviour and reduced extra reply steps; live waiting times still vary with the call and connection.
