Fixed: steadier voice demo conversations

The experimental realtime demo now filters brief clicks and keyboard taps before they can interrupt the receptionist. Your green speaking indicator appears when your speech is detected, and the receptionist’s indicator stays steadier during replies. Interrupted replies no longer restart from late audio, and you can cancel while a demo is connecting. Natural speech interruptions remain available.
