When the receptionist proposes a specific service, saying “Yes, please” now keeps that choice instead of returning to the service menu. Asking for a later appointment after a whole-day availability offer now gives later choices within that day.
Standard calls retain earlier caller turns through interruptions. More booking intake answers begin speaking as the answer is generated, while booking confirmation still waits for the actual result. A short silence cutoff no longer replaces a genuine answer. Later-slot answers state a shared date once instead of repeating it for every choice. A controlled standard-call test measured 2.09–3.40 seconds to audible replies, with no call errors or bookings created. The two-second response target remains under monitoring.
