Fixed: calls interrupted during service updates

Active calls can now finish during routine service updates. If a calling connection is interrupted unexpectedly, eligible calls can continue using fallback calling instead of ending immediately. Booking conversations also recognise distinctive package names such as “premium” without asking you to repeat the full name, while still checking when a choice is ambiguous.
