Fixed: numeric booking dates keep the day you requested

Booking requests written as day/month/year now keep their requested date when the time is interpreted. If a numeric date does not exist, such as 31 April, your receptionist asks you to repeat it instead of offering or confirming a different day. Named dates such as 30 October 2027 also retain the year you supplied. Impossible named dates ask for clarification, and valid leap-year dates remain supported.
